TOSR Garden Club
The Trails of Shaker Run Garden Club is sponsoring a Beautification Awards Program. All residents may submit nomination(s) for the most beautiful yard in the TOSR. A Grand Prize and 3 Honorable Mentions will be awarded. Nominations must be received by June 20 and judging by professional horticulturists will be the week of July 8-14. Please email Peggy Sapara at psapara@gmail.com with your nomination(s)or if you are interested in membership information.
SECURITY UPDATE:
More car breakins this past weekend (11/13/2010) on Prairie Clover. Please do all you can to protect your property including:
- Park your car in your garage at all times (if possible) and close the door.
- Lock your car.
- Do not leave money, GPS units, phones, valuables, Christmas presents or anything of value in plain site in your car.
Please report any irregular activity in the neighborhood to the authorities right away.

Architectural Improvement Application
Pursuant to Article IX, Section 9.2 of the Declaration, “Owners shall submit plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, color, size materials and location of improvements and alterations to the Declarant or Association for its approval.”
This form may be used to seek approval from Welsh Development Company, Inc. for all improvements to include but not limited to fences, decks, sheds, additions, porch enclosures and any improvements to the exterior of the property during the term that Welsh Development Company serves as Declarant.
In other words, if you want to make a change to your house, yard etc.... you need to download, fill out and submit this form.
